What this site does, and what it does not
otaplan.com is a marketplace for tours, activities and experiences. The experiences listed are neither designed nor delivered by the publisher: they are designed and delivered by independent suppliers listed on the platform, who set their content, times, capacity and price. The platform offers them for sale, collects the price on the supplier's behalf, issues the voucher and handles after-sales support for the booking.
supplier.otaplan.com is the extranet reserved for those suppliers.
How these roles are split is set out in the terms and conditions.
Contacting us
For anything concerning a booking, the message thread on that booking (under “My bookings”) is the most direct route: it is attached to the file and visible to both the supplier and the platform. For everything else, by post to the registered office shown in the legal notice.
Intellectual property
The site's architecture, interfaces, editorial copy and brand belong to the publisher. Activity descriptions, photographs and listing content, however, are supplied by the suppliers, who warrant that they hold the rights to publish them.
Reporting content
Content that is inaccurate, misleading or published without the right to do so can be reported through the routes above. Activity listings are also moderated before going on sale, and may be withdrawn at any time.
